For anyone who doesn't know, a CSO is a combined sewer overflow, it's basicaly a storm drain that mixes with sanitary drains.  They're pretty common.

Thanks for the awesome draining trip Bryan.  Between having 2 flashlights between the three of us, you lying to poor shiroi and making him wade through fecal matter and feminine hygiene products and my favourite: WALKING THE WRONG WAY, AWAY FROM ALL THE DRAINS INTERESTING FEATURES. It was a pretty horrible trip to say the least.  I guess I should be grateful, after all you did lend me a pair of boots to avoid wading through the poop and I think you bought us ice cream afterwards.  Which was pretty deece.
